As with any business we cannot stay in business by working for free. Since we are paid by the supplier after travel is completed; this retainer helps us to know of your commitment to traveling and great value of a personal agent. With few exceptions this is not an agent fee, it’s just a retainer agreement; if we do the research you will book with us per the terms listed on the PTG Retainer Schedule. Once booked and upon commencement of travel, your retainer will be refunded per the contract terms. If you decide to not book with us you accept that you will be forfeiting this retainer for the quotes, information provided, research time, and planning/research services rendered.
